What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each rental includes a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. The offerings vary by rental type — for example, sunset excursions come with premium drinks and light snacks, whereas business charters offer conference amenities and corporate catering choices.
When should I make my reservation?
To ensure availability, we suggest making bookings 2–3 weeks prior, especially during the busy season from May to September. For business gatherings and private events, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended to secure your desired date and allow for personalization of the event.
What if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In case of unsafe weather as determined by our captain, we’ll propose an alternative date or offer a complete refund. We keep a close watch on weather forecasts and will get in touch with you if any concerns arise, typically 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own snacks and drinks?
Certainly, you’re free to bring personal food items and non-alcoholic drinks. We also provide exceptional catering services tailored to your preferences. Kindly note, we do not allow glass containers onboard for safety concerns.
Is it possible for guests with disabilities to access your yachts?
We are committed to making our vessels accessible for everyone. Depending on the yacht, accessibility may vary, so we recommend reaching out to us during the booking process to ensure we can meet your particular needs and arrange suitable accommodations.
What's your policy for cancellations?
Cancellations done 72 hours before departure will be refunded in full. Those made 24–72 hours prior will be refunded 50%. Any cancellations under 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, except in cases of adverse weather or mechanical issues on our side.
