BlueHarvestHub offers upscale yacht charter services, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Business getaways

  • Extended charters

All services are dependent on being available and suitable weather conditions. We retain the authority to alter or cease services at our discretion without notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservation, you are expected to:

  • Have a minimum age of 18 years
  • Supply accurate and complete particulars
  • Make payment for the required deposit as indicated in your reservation confirmation
  • Concur with these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been made and you have received our formal confirmation. We maintain the right to deny service at our own discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter services are contingent upon the availability of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We will attempt to accommodate your request for preferred scheduling.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Our pricing is listed in € and includes all applicable taxes, unless specified otherwise. Prices may change without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter is required when making a reservation
  • Balance: Payable 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter
  • Other fees (if applicable): Charged upon conclusion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various forms of payment including major credit cards, bank wires, and certified bank drafts. Our payment procedures are managed through secure, encrypted mechanisms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before departure: Full refund less service charges
  • 24-72 hours before departure: 50% of payment returned
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If our captain decides that weather conditions are not safe, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule to a new available date without additional expenses
  • Process a full refund where rescheduling cannot be accommodated

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be any mechanical defects with the designated vessel, we will strive to supply an appropriate substitute. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a complete refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All travelers must:

  • Adhere to all commands from the crew
  • Utilize safety gear as instructed
  • Disclose any health conditions that could impact their safety
  • Stay within the assigned zones on board

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are forbidden aboard:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal materials
  • Firearms or any form of weaponry
  • Pets (excluding cases with prior authorization)

6.3 Conduct

Behavior should be conducted in a respectful and controlled manner by all passengers. In the event of behavior resulting in a safety hazard or interfering with the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to terminate the charter without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our liability to the expense paid for your charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Personal injuries due to passenger indiscrimination
  • The loss or harm of personal belongings
  • Indirect, incidental, or punitive losses
  • Delays due to weather or situations not within our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive marine insurance is maintained by us, covering our vessels and operations. It's the passenger's duty to have their personal travel and belongings insured.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By deciding to partake in our charter services, you are acknowledging that seafaring activities come with intrinsic dangers and you take on the responsibility for your personal security and safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Itinerary alterations, as well as changes to routes and schedules, may occur due to factors like adverse weather conditions, safety considerations, or operational necessities. We will make every attempt to deliver alternate experiences of comparable value.

9. Force Majeure

We are not accountable for hold-ups, cancellations, or adjustments that result from forces beyond our control, including but not restricted to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Governmental ordinances
  • Port shutdowns
  • Unanticipated mechanical failures

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of your personal information is in line with our Privacy Policy. You agree to the collection and use of your data following our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
